Cheong Kok Yew NON-EXECUTIVE CHAIRMAN

Mr. Cheong Kok Yew is a Non-executive Chairman of our Group. He is currently the Senior Vice President of Transpac Capital, a private equity fund management company based in Singapore. Mr. Cheong has more than 13 years of experience in private equity investments, and sits on the boards of many of the companies in which Transpac has investments. As a non-executive Director, he contributes in an advisory role to the corporate planning and business development of the Group.

Ko Chee Wah GROUP MANAGING DIRECTOR

Mr. Ko Chee Wah has been a Director since 1990. In addition to being responsible for the strategic and business development of the Group, he also has responsibility for day-to-day management issues. Mr. Ko has close to 25 years of working experience, 15 of which were in the MICE industry with our Group. He has in-depth knowledge of and has a wide international network of contacts in this industry.

Lim Poh Hock EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Mr. Lim Poh Hock has been a Director since 1990. He is responsible for the Group's administration. In addition, he also supervises the management of Cityneon Concepts, Cityneon Creations and Cityneon World-Projects in Singapore; and Cityneon Contracts Sdn Bhd. in Malaysia. As one of founding Directors, and as the current Executive Director, Mr. Lim also contributes actively to the overall strategic planning and development of the Group.

Chua Soo Chiew INDEPENDENT DIRECTOR

Mr Chua Soo Chiew is an Independent Director of our Group. He is a practising public accountant, and has been the sole proprietor and subsequently a partner of Chua Soo Chiew & Partners since 1985. He is also concurrently the internal auditor of the Singapore Ji Yang Cai Clan Association, and a committee member of Victoria University of Technology Alumni, Singapore Chapter. Mr. Chua holds a Master of Business degree from the Victoria University of Technology, Australia, and is a fellow of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants in Singapore, and a fellow of the Australian CPA.

Tan Hup Foi INDEPENDENT DIRECTOR

Mr Tan Hup Foi is the Chairman of Ngee Ann Polytechnic Council. He is also an Honorary Vice-President of the International Association of Public Transport (UITP) and Honorary Chairman of UITP Asia-Pacific Division. Mr Tan is also a council member of Singapore Charity Council and a Board member of Singapore Corporation of Rehabilitative Enterprises (SCORE). He has over 30 years' experience in the transport industry. He was the Chief Executive of Trans-Island Bus Service Ltd from 1994 to 2005 and also the Deputy President of SMRT Corporation from 2003 to 2005. A Colombo Plan scholar, Mr Tan graduated from Monash University in Australia with a First Classs Honours degree in Mechanical Engineering in 1974 and he obtained a Master of Science (Industrial Engineering) degree from University of Singapore in 1979. Mr Tan was awarded the Pingat Bakti Masyarakat (Public Service Medal) by the President of Singapore in 1996.
